As our customers place the order,pls inform us the shipping way.We can accept TNT,DHL,UPS,FEDEX,EMS,AIR,OCEAN,etc as your instructions. The carrier may require additional fees at the time of delivery for special handling, surcharges, duties, taxes, etc.Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5pm.
Claims for Shortages / Damage:
If a shipping error is discovered or your order is damaged during transit, please contact our PRIDE immediately. We will request a complete description of the issue along with any supporting information that you can provide (photographs, signed delivery receipt indicating condition of shipping container, etc.). Note: all claims must be filed within 30 days from date of shipment.

PRIDE warrants our products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and proper maintenance for 13months from original purchase(date of shipments). PRIDE’s Warranty adds an additional one (1) month grace period to the normal one (1) year product warranty to cover handling and shipping time.This warranty does not cover calibration and shall not be effective if the product has been subject to misuse,overload, negligence, accident or repairs attempted by others.
During the warranty period, we will, at our option, either repair or replace defective products. Please call or email our customer service department(email@example.com) for a return authorization number and return the defective product to us with freight prepaid.
Repair Return policy
Should any Pride products appear to be malfunctioning, we have a repair facility and skilled technicians that can diagnose and repair any problems quickly.
If sending in a Pride item for repair, request to fill the Repair Return Form before doing so. Include the completed form in the box with the instrument. Note that if you would like the item returned,freight by collect not accepted.We will send repair evaluation and quotation.
Inspecion & Calibration
Before shipping all our Pride products are calibrated and inspectioned. The inspection documentation comes with the unit.
We suggest that all goods should calibrated before usage.And also annual calibration.
