    The height Gauge is supported by a special DC 5V power

    supply, use of alternative power supply is not suggested.

    The commissioning, installation and calibration of

    this height gauge, consisting of precision parts, is

    performed by professionals, disassembly of this

    device by untrained persons is not allowed.

    This product is a precision device and therefore

    no impact, immersion, forced turning, hitting

    the board by moving the measuring head quickly

    are allowed for fear of malfunction or damage to

    the internal structure and components.

    This product is a precision electronic device and

    therefore no use under high pressure and

    strong electromagnetic interference.

    Turning of the measuring pin during dismounting

    shall be performed gently for fear of damage to

    the glass grating.

    Usage:

     Measuring of parts with steps: A. Put the measuring pin on the lower step,

    and then reset the display meter.

    B. Move the measuring rod up to measure Step 1. C. Move the measuring

    rod up to measure Step 2.

     Measuring of parts with deep holes: A. Move the measuring rod to

    the upper end face of the workpiece, and then reset the display meter.

    B. Move the workpiece to make the deep hole be under the measuring

    pin to measure the depth.

     Parallelism and planeness measuring of parts: A. Move the measuring

    rod to one side of the upper end face of the workpiece, and then reset the

    display meter. B. Move it to the other side of the workpiece to measure the

    parallelism or perform the measurement at several evenly distributed

    points of the measured surface to measure the planeness.
