Features:

Φ10 straight shank can be installed directly on milling chuck or drilling chuck

Slightly press on the edge of sensor unit to make it eccentric at 0.5mm

Rotate with speed of 400~600 rpm.

Make sensor unit contact to the end face of workpiece as shown Fig.2, then move steadily until turning into Fig.

3 looks keep still. When making fine-moving and it looks as Fig.4, and this coordinate position the basis point.

The position of end face of the workpiece is the coordinate position of sensor unit plus radius 5mm.

Cautions:

Do not bend the product or pull With force.

Always keep clean for the slide face.

Never apply over 600rpm.

Never apply it on horizontal machinery.
