Where installation, set-up and/or charges for training (including travel costs) may apply, they will be shown as a separate quotation line item. Limited casual training at the customer's facility is provided by the sales person when the product is set up. Formal training at the customer's site may be arranged at our normal field engineering rate. Factory training at our facility is provided free of charge. The customer must pay for his/her travel expenses. Customer participation prior to product delivery is encouraged. Continuing support for training or troubleshooting is provided by email, telephone and FAX under our service department.
