AC/DC Magnetic Yoke Flaw Detector
MT-12 AC/DC use Yoke to magnetize Ferromagnetic material
work piece.
This model can magnetize every parts. It can be used in many
industry like oil field, ship building, combustion motor parts,
coal mine, machinery, standard parts, oil pump, aerospace
parts, car parts, bridge building, chemical industry, pressure
container and rail industry and so on. This model can measure
the surface flaw and welding joint on irregular shape parts like
chain bar, crank shaft, bearings, bolt, spring, forging piece, valve.
MT-12 include AC and AC/DC two types. DC type is a
rechargeable battery.
This type is suitable for the no power supply project site.
This battery can be used for more than 6 hours once recharged.
AC type use 220V power directly.
Operation and Caution
1. Put into some Lube oil on live joint of probe before operation.
2. Make sure the Yoke probe touch the work piece tightly
before press switch key. And loosen the switch key before the
probe leave work piece. This can avoid damaging equipment
because of the over heat.
Battery Recharging and Battery Deficiency Judgement
1. Connecting charger with Battery→Insert charger plug into
220V power socket.The charger will show red color indicator.
After the red light indicator change to Green color.
The charging is finished. It may need about 12 hours to finish
recharging.
2. When using battery to supply this machine, if the lifting
force reduced obviously of the testing result is not very well.
The battery need recharging 12 hours again.
3. 1/0 switch function: 0 grade means 220V power usage.
1 Grade means 12V DC power usage.
