    The X-ray based weld inspection process can help to assure the

    quality in pipeline construction. The step to inspect the non-

    conformance or insufficient finishing in welded seams is required

    for quality assurance purpose in the process of producing pipelines,

    no matter for steel or any other special alloys. Because of the

    leakage on the pipelines for gas or petrol can result dangerous

    damage on property, environment, and even human life, the welded

    connections in pipelines for gas and petrol transportation must be

    inspected.

    Recently, the X-ray technology has become an important

    role in the weld inspection process.

    the density of the x ray is consistent ,not impacted by the battery

    and also has the ability to save energy and protect the motor from

    overcurrent.

    Safe and reliable generator adopts design of SF6 gaseous

    technology is adopted to improve 30% heat radiation.

    The HV coils made by imported enamel wire are applied

    in the X-ray generator,so as to make the quality of the

    complete equipment improved a great deal.

    Battery

    We choose leadacid battery from Panasonic.

    Compared with the lithium battery,our battery can store the

    energy 30% more.Leadacid battery can also resist higher

    temperature,so it can avoid explosion under the overheating condition.
